    Hey Phillip,

Glad to hear your trip was good. I wasn’t going to leave a post as I was short on time… Kidding, your Vid-blog is timely.

Have you heard the notion that time doesn’t exist; We are time, we create time?

It can be VERY challenging to remember that, but occasionally when you do, you can actually stretch time.

Try it sometime when you have to be somewhere and it looks like you’ll be late – don’t look at your watch and s-t-r-e-t-c-h time, slow it down. It doesn’t always work, but when it does you’ll be amazed.

    Todd-

  2. Happy to hear you had a good trip. You’ve often spoken to Beverley and I about the need to un-complicate our lives. When you actually work on that task you find you have more time, the need to rush aound no longer exists. The daily tasks are more focused, the appointments are fewer and the results are greater. Mind you, living in a beautful small city like Saskatoon, there is no need to rush. Everything is just 15 minutes away.

    Philip,

    I really like this video.

You have touched a key secret of our French Culture in it. ;-)

I try to never forget my French cultural roots on this as they are very precious in that matter.

    All the best to you,

    Peggy Dupont
