Real Estate in a great business but it almost cost me my freedom, It is good that you can see both sides. Having some best selling books on Real Estate, I am proud that greed or Money does not cloud you vision to Inspire Millions of people. I have not seen any Real Estate pro do this. Thank you for being honest and clear. Thank you for looking out for the small guys
Philip – this is a great video. I was thinking about this exact thing a few months ago. How many real estate investors I know that play the “someday card” and are slaves to their work.
All for someday in the future.
This was my primary approach in real estate and it was a terrible experience. Great contrast to what I’m working on now, so I’m grateful for that.
Also, people don’t realize how many options there are in entrepreneurship — and huge markets of people that can really benefit from business that serves their need. I won’t get into that now.
Primarily, just want to say thank you.
Once again the truth that you speak, hits the heart of the matter.

Brilliant Philip. After chasing the dollars I have found a better way.Its the consistent, focused approach,building relationships with others, staying relaxed and not worrying about where the money is coming from.I can keep my peace of mind this way.The funny thing is,with this new approach the money is starting to just “show up”. This approach is way,way better,

That video, coupled with the great conversation we had earlier today is forcing me to take a step back and wonder why I am living for the ever-so-illusive “someday”. The wheels are spinning my friend.
